Chris Scott

Senior Designer

Chris is a Designer based in Alloy’s Washington, DC office.

He wakes up every day with a motivation to explore, learn, create, and make a difference. As a designer and researcher, he has lived and worked in seven countries focused on issues like gender equity in rural India, agricultural systems in Sub-Saharan Africa, and voter participation in America. Prior to joining Alloy, Chris worked at the New Data Project, where he led user research and design for the VoteWithMe app. Earlier, Chris worked on design strategy and innovation projects with global organizations including TechnoServe, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Quicksand Design.

In his spare time, Chris mentors aspiring social impact creatives through his Designers of Tomorrow Project, and serves as a founding board member of the National LGBTQ Workers Center. But the key to Chris’s heart is through an invitation to live music, authentic Mexican food, or a deep conversation about your least favorite airline.
