Raphael Majma is a Staff Partnerships Manager based in Alloy’s DC office.
He has spent his career working to make our government better, whether through increased accountability or ensuring refugees are resettled quickly and safely. He’s been responsible for digital transformation across the federal government in a variety of roles in the Obama administration, ranging from Presidential Innovation Fellow to product manager at 18F to Director of the Department of State Digital Services. Raphael has scaled and managed cross-functional teams and led programmatic efforts that impacted millions of people around the world. After the conclusion of President Obama’s term, Raphael worked at New America as a Public Interest Technology fellow and assisted immigration-based nonprofits improve their technical capacity.
When he’s not working, Raphael enjoys writing and perfecting his salsa macha recipe. Raphael holds a JD and lives in New York City with his partner and their pet turtle, Soup.
