Courtney is a Software Engineer based in Alloy’s Washington, D.C. office.

Courtney is a technical user experience leader who’s dedicated to using technology to improve access and create opportunities for underrepresented communities. Before joining Alloy, Courtney worked at Color of Change as their Director of Product Development & Engineering, where she led product development efforts on a variety of projects ranging from sms voter outreach, to campaigns to stop white nationalists. She also spent some time as the UX Engineering Lead at the United States Digital Service team at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she lead a multi-disciplined UX engineering team with a focus on diversity and inclusion through accessibility.

When she is not working you will find her checking out some of the best podcasts Spotify has to offer, as well as spending family time with her wife and son.
