In our current political climate, it really feels like our democracy is in peril. Major issues such as how to deal with climate change, address racism, and reduce gun violence get little attention in our politics in spite of broad consensus from a majority of Americans. Fortunately, all over the progressive community, people are energized to help and working on getting results. At Alloy, we are equipping these folks on the front line with the data and technology that will help them win. We understand the potential data has to unlock a new wave of civic participation and engagement--and we're fundamentally re-imagining the way technology helps us get there.

Our team of UX researchers, designers, engineers, and product managers spend their days immersed in our progressive community’s needs, assembling data, and building infrastructure that progressive causes and campaigns can depend on, long into the future.

Compensation

Our compensation packages are based on realistic benchmarks from for-profit companies. Salary negotiations are shown to disproportionately advantage certain demographics. To break cycles of discrimination, we fix our salaries to roles, not to candidates.

We run a calibrated, competency based 4-step interview process. We hire based on data driven points of candidates being familiar with competencies to help remove the bias from the interview process.

We know interviewing is a big investment of your time. We respect your time and we understand the wide-ranging impacts of a career decision, so we aim to complete the interview process within 3-weeks.
